Data processing connected to the Web services of this Website takes place at the above mentioned offices and is taken care of only by the technical staff of the Office in charge of data processing, or by any other persons entrusted with occasional maintenance services. No information deriving from Web services is disclosed or divulged. Any personal data supplied by users requiring information material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, deeds and measures, etc.) is used solely for the purpose of carrying out the service or the performance required and is communicated to third parties only where this is necessary to that end.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this Website acquire, in the course of their ordinary operation, given personal data whose communication is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interests; yet, it is such that, as a result of its processing and association with data held by third parties, it might lead to the identification of users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers of users who connect to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the hour of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the number code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, mistake, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its proper operation, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to establish any liability in case of potential computer crimes damaging the Website; except for this possibility, the data on Web contacts is not currently kept for more than seven days.

In these cases, the Data Controller's response is required; or else, a fine is applied.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED
The persons whom the personal data refers to may ask at any time to have confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, to check its accuracy or to have it supplemented, updated or rectified (Article 7 of Leg. Decree No. 196/2003). According to the same provision, the person concerned may ask for the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and may object to its processing for legitimate reasons.
